Bill is a Cornell University graduate, a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran and retired Colonel, and a former Defense Industry Marketing Executive. He started his career in real estate in 2001 with Century21, where he and his wife Carmen were an award winning real estate sales team.

 

Rise and Shine Realty, Inc. was established in Irvine, California in 2006. Bill served as the Broker/President , and Carmen the Interior Design & Home Staging Specialist.

The company was relocated to Boca Raton, Florida in the Spring of 2011. Bill and Carmen are homeowners in the Boca Greens Country Club Community in Boca Raton.
